We all knew Machete was one of the few trailers from the Tarantino / Rodriguez Grindhouse projects that was going to eventually see the light of day as a full length feature.Well it looks like it may be with us a lot sooner than we thought.
Gordon & The Whale spoke with Machete himself, Danny Trejo, and he told them he had spoken to Rodriguez yesterday and was told they would begin shooting in 5 weeks.
This is excellent news as the trailer was brilliant and we should get some old school action.
Trejo also said he was not going to be in Stallone's The Expendables as a few rumours had previously mentioned.
Trejo is a great actor and it will be good to finally see him in a proper leading role.
