Johnny Depp's Mad Hatter and early shots of Toy Story 3 shown to Disney Stock Holders

Lucky people who own stock in Disney got a couple of sneak peaks at upcoming features according to Dark Horizons.

A first real glimpse of Johnny Depp's look as the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton’s upcoming “Alice in Wonderland” kicked off the Walt Disney Company’s annual shareholders meeting on Tuesday.

The Carpetbagger had a description: "Victorian top hat, crimped hair that sticks straight out, and swirl of brightly colored make-up on his eyes, cheeks and lips that resembled the blur of a pinwheel blowing in the breeze".

A 3-D screening of "Up" along with early footage of "Toy Story 3" which was deemed "jaw-droppingly good" by an attendee were screened as well during a visit to Pixar’s corporate campus in Emeryville on Monday.

I can't wait to see a photo to go with that description of Johnny Depp's character.

The picture I used on this post is just one I found on Google. Nothing to do with Depp's version of the character.

I remember that coming out a while back (think I may have posted it when it did), but then it was apparantly dismissed as not the one. However it does match the description a bit doesn't it.

Cheers for pointing it out again

the description matches that photo except for "the blur of a pinwheel blowing in the breeze." these filmmakers are just going to have to start giving us little tidbits, otherwise the hackers are going to get busy. one tiny photo, one frame...what's the problem?
