Phasma Ex Machina - A spot of Primer, a hint of Solaris and a touch of The Exorcist

This looks like it could be something really special. It has that realistic use of tech like Primer did with the guy building electrical stuff in his garage. The opening shot in front of the garage reminds me of the classic poster image of The Exorcist. The return of deceased loved ones is also like the premise of Solaris, but the whole look and feel of Phasma Ex Machina seems most interesting. No big name actors to take you out of the story and a well cut trailer means I will definitely be having a watch of this as soon as I can.

An ambitious mystery, with strong elements of science fiction and the supernatural, Phasma Ex Machina follows the lives of two brothers and an electrical engineer trying to decipher a series of strange events. Everything changes when they discover that the distance between the living and the dead isn’t all that far.
