Bale will be Batman again. Nolan may not.

We all know how good The Dark Knight was and how well it did at the box office. IT was the second film with Christian Bale as the Bat and Christopher Nolan as the puppet master. Since then there have been many rumours as to what actors and characters would be in the third film. Now some interesting news has come to light via Total Film. They spoke with star Christian Bale who talked about a The Dark Knight follow-up.
"Will we do a third movie? It's got to be the right story. You can't make something like The Dark Knight and then come out with something disappointing.

"I would like it if people say, 'You'll never make a good third movie.' I say, 'OK, let's make a third movie in that case, let's prove them wrong. But that's just me. The fact is, I have to! I've signed up! Chris doesn't. So I'm in a bit of a fix if he says he doesn't want to!"

Would you want to see a Batman film not directed by Christopher Nolan? If he didn't come back for the third film who would you want to see direct it?
