A Christmas Tale (Un conte de Noël) - Trailer for Catherine Deneuve and Mathieu Amalric's latest

A Christmas Tale (Un conte de Noël) tells the story of the family Vuillard, a family who have a history of mental and physical illness, including the mother who is dying of cancer, estrangement, self harm, and plenty of loss and heartache.

Come Christmas time three youngest members of the family organise a scheme to bring all the family back together with the hope that they can reconcile their differences and have a “normal” Christmas.

Sounds like a huge bundle of Christmas joy doesn't it!

It is a French film and stars the wonderful Catherine Deneuve and recent Bond bad guy, Mathieu Amalric.
