Is this the Big Bad from Toy Story 3?

A new character from Toy Story 3 is hidden in a shot of Pixar’s Up. It pink teddy bear above that can be seen under the bed of a child who is watching Carl’s house fly by her apartment window.

Pixar Collector have the news that the character is called Lotso. /Film are also saying that Lotso could actually be the main bad guy in the film. I could see that working, but I wonder who they will get to voice him.

Who can you hear as the voice of an evil pink cuddly teddy bear?
