Wow! Dial up the intensity violence and vengeance on this one. I wonder if I can find this one stateside.
reminds me of 'Dead Man's Shoes'. Similar plot (brother getting bullied there, here its daughters death) but bottom line is big man goes after the badies and its getting ugly (very).
