The Collector - Cool poster

The Collector follows a handyman and ex-con who aims to dig up some scratch for his ex-wife by robbing his employer’s country home.

Naturally, things don’t go according to plan and our anti-hero finds himself trapped by a masked “Collector” who sets a series of traps that the studio describes as “the Spanish Inquisition as imagined by Rube Goldberg,” all while trying to rescue the very family he came to rob.

Producer Mickey Liddell explains: "Marcus Dunstan (Saw IV, Saw V) and Patrick Melton have come up with a unique twist on the home invasion thriller that we think will have people gripping their seats," says Liddell. "With its stylized blend of action and horror, the movie delivers on every level."

Saw V Poster

In Saw V, Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) is seemingly the last person alive to carry on the Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) legacy. But when his secret is threatened, Hoffman must go on the hunt to eliminate all loose ends. The full cast also includes Scott Patterson, Betsy Russell, Mark Rolston, Carlo Rota, Julie Benz, Greg Bryk, Laura Gordon and Meagan Good.

Saw V is directed by production designer David Hackl, who will be making his directorial debut. The script was written by screenwriting duo Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan of Feast and Saw IV. As is always the tradition, Lionsgate will be releasing Saw V in theaters around Halloween - October 24th.
