Astro Boy - Images of characters voice by Cage, Nighy and Sutherland

More lovely images from the excellent looking Astro Boy. MTV had them and below we see Dr. Tenma (Nicolas Cage) and Dr. Elefun (Bill Nighy).
In the picture below we see President Stone (Donald Sutherland) and a big robot.
The film tells the story of a scientist, Dr. Tenma (voiced by Nicolas Cage) who replaces his lost son with a powerful robot (Freddie Highmore), who must then come to terms with his own identity as a child, a robot and, most importantly, a hero.

Astro Boy - New Teaser Trailer

Astro Boy is due out on 23rd October 2009.

Set in futuristic Metro City, Astro Boy is about a young robot with incredible powers created by a brilliant scientist named Tenma (Nicolas Cage). Powered by positive “blue” energy, Astro Boy (Freddie Highmore) is endowed with super strength, x-ray vision, unbelievable speed and the ability to fly.

Embarking on a journey in search of acceptance, Astro Boy encounters many other colorful characters along the way. Through his adventures, he learns the joys and emotions of being human, and gains the strength to embrace his destiny. Ultimately learning his friends and family are in danger, Astro Boy marshals his awesome super powers and returns to Metro City in a valiant effort to save everything he cares about and to understand what it takes to be a hero.

Arthur and the Vengeance of Maltazard - Poster for sequel to Luc Besson's Arthur and the Invisibles

Arthur et la vengeance de Maltazard - Arthur answers a distress call from Princess Selenia, who is menaced by the nefarious Maltazard.

Directed by Luc Besson and starring Madonna, Freddie Highmore, Mia Farrow, Snoop Dogg, and David Bowie.

Besson shot Maltazard back-to-back with Arthur and the Two Worlds War, which is expected to hit theaters in 2010.
