The Memory of Bread - Coming of age CGI drama from the maker of D-War

Shim Hyung-rae is the filmmaker behind the sci-fi D-War. That is the film about the giant dragons smashing up LA. Apparantly it was a big hit in Korea.

Memory of Bread (추억의 붕어빵) is going to be his next feature a CG animated film done in house by his Younggu-Art company. Its a coming-of-age story set in the 60’s.

It is due out next year and here is the trailer.
