Did Phillip Rhys on E24 give away the fact Paterson Joseph will be the new Doctor Who?
Phillip Ryhys was working with Paterson Joseph on the BBC's TV show, Survivors. When being interviewed he kind of gives the impression he knows something that has long been rumoured. What do you think? Did he let it slip?
