Quentin Tarantino talking to Brad Pitt for Inglorious Bastards

Tarantino's long awaited Inglorious Bastards is moving closer to the big screen. He's been talking to Brad Pitt to star in the World War II tale of soldiers facing the death penalty being given a chance to save themselves by going on a suicide mission into Nazi occupied France.

The script has been sent to Universal, Warner Bros, Paramount and Sony. Harvey Weinstein and Laurence Bender are to produce. More on the story here.

I'm really looking forward to this movie and hopefully Pitt will say yes. It would be good to see him directed by Tarantino and not just in a movie scripted by him (True Romance). Tim Roth and Michael Madsen have already confirmed so we've got a bit of a Reservoir Dogs reunion thing going on. Plus it's rumoured that it may be a two parter a la Kill Bill. Who else would be good to have in the movie?
