Mother - Trailer for Bong Joon-ho's latest film

An asocial loser is framed as the perpetrator of a horrific murder and his hard-headed mother has to figure out who really did it to keep her son from going to prison. This is expected to premiere at Cannes in May this year.

Mother is directed by Korean filmmaker Bong Joon-ho (Barking Dogs Never Bite, Memories of Murder, The Host and one of the segments of Tokyo!) The screenplay was co-written by Bong Joon-ho and Park Eun-kyo, of Crush and Blush previously. Starring as the mother in the film is Korean actress Kim Hye-ja
