Bill Pope is the cinematographer on such films as Army of Darkness, The Matrix, and Spider-Man 2. I thought all three of them were great and all looked lovely. Therefore, the fact that he is working with Edgar Wright on Scott Pilgrim vs The World (as seen on the clapperboard above) should mean that this mix of live action / CGI / traditional animation will look very nice indeed. Just for the record the photo was taken on the outskirts of Toronto.
