According to The Hollywood Reporter, Mila Kunis (That 70's Show, Max Payne) has signed on for The Book of Eli, co-starring with Denzel Washington.Albert and Allen Hughes will direct from a script by Gary Winnick and Anthony Peckham, which revolves around a solo hero named Eli (Washington), who journeys through a futuristic wasteland America to safeguard a book that may hold the key to the salvation of humanity. Gary Oldman will play the bad guy, Carnegie.
Kunis will play Solara, a woman who was initially sent to betray Eli, but ends up joining his cause.
Shooting is scheduled to being this coming February in New Mexico.
